I think the next time I make it, I will cut back on the mayonnaise and the lemon juice. I also added a few extra crackers to the mixture as well. They were wonderful! My partner tried it and he literally inhaled it. I made it for Easter breakfast but I see this becoming a regular meal. Add a tossed salad and you are good to go. Thank you, All Recipes. You never disappoint! Helpful (0) Maple Salmon 06/17/2011 I was looking for a salmon recipe and decided to try this. It was excellent and very easy! I took the advice of a few people and marinated the salmon in heavy duty aluminum foil and then baked/broiled it in the same foil. My boyfriend couldn't eat enough of it.
