Ingredients

  • 3 pounds apples - peeled, cored and sliced

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 ½ cups white sugar

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
