Ingredients

  • 12 Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 2 teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning

  • 12 slices bacon, cut in half widthwise

Directions

  1. Gather ingredients. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Place halved Brussels sprouts in a bowl; sprinkle with steak seasoning and toss to coat.

  3. Wrap a half slice of bacon around a Brussels sprout half and place seam-side-down in the basket of the air fryer. Repeat with remaining bacon and Brussels sprouts.

  4. Cook for 10 minutes undisturbed. Using tongs, transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
