After losing countless jobs because of the kids, MacArthur shows up at the school seeking revenge.
Plot[]
An alarm is sounding in the daycare, causing the kids (and Chef) to believe that the fire alarm is sounding. Chef tells everyone to panic but everyone is ordered by Courtney to calm down and leave in an orderly manner. Cody tells Chef that he "needs to potty" and is allowed to go on the basis that he'd slow them down anyway. Chef, Harold, Izzy, Owen and Courtney run out of the building and straight into glue, causing them all to become stuck.
MacArthur then shows up with an excavator with a wrecking ball attachment, saying that they have ran right into her trap and that she will have her revenge. Cody, from the bathroom, laments that he's missing all the fun. Chef asks MacArthur who she is, causing MacArthur to become enraged, saying that they've ruined her life more times than she can count and is frustrated that they don't remember her. MacArthur offers to remind them all of who she is and is then warned by Harold that there is glue on the grass. MacArthur angrily comments that she put it there. MacArthur, now wearing rocket boots, flies out of her excavator, saying that she bought them so she wasn't going to fall for her own trap only for her to then drop the remote control on the ground, causing her to lose control of the boots. Izzy asks Chef if this is going to be the whole episode, to which he shrugs it off, then MacArthur lands on the excavator's arm and states that they got her fired from every job she ever had and she was going to retaliate by destroying the daycare. Courtney tries to argue her innocence, only to be countered by MacArthur reminding her about an incident at an ice cream parlor involving a sundae with one of the toppings being "a sprinkle of nuts".
MacArthur and Courtney are shown in a flashback during this altercation and it is shown that both have differing definitions of "sprinkle". After multiple attempts, MacArthur finally makes a sundae which meets with Courtney's approval but MacArthur fails to sing the song whilst serving due to a fit of rage and her manager fires her on the spot. Chef orders Courtney to apologize to MacArthur but instead, both launch into a new argument. MacArthur's boots malfunction and launch her into the air, causing her to slam face-first into the ground. Izzy comments that MacArthur "is a sprinkling of nuts".
MacArthur then reveals that Izzy caused her to mistake her cat (which had a dorsal fin fitted to it could swim faster) for a shark during her time as a lifeguard at a beach, and she mistook Izzy's inflatable Loch Ness Monster for the real thing. When MacArthur spotted a tiger riding a jetski, she thought it was one of Izzy's tricks until Izzy reveals that she's right next to her. MacArthur runs towards the water in an attempt to save a kid who has been pulled out of the water by her now ex-manager. Izzy thinks that she got fired for not being a very good lifeguard, MacArthur's boots malfunction again and she lands on a rocking horse. Chef asks MacArthur if she can let him go since he thinks she's only got a problem with the kids, only for her to reveal how he got her fired.
MacArthur attempted to sell a house to multiple people who all backed out because of Chef's loud tuba playing. Chef says that she should've sold the house to someone who loves tuba music. The boots malfunction again, causing MacArthur to land on the swing set. She lists every job they've gotten her fired from, only for Courtney to retort that she must've been bad at a lot of jobs. This enrages MacArthur and she returns to the excavator to finish the job but is stopped by Cody who gives MacArthur a card, thanking her for all the jobs she's done. MacArthur, genuinely touched by Cody's kindness, goes to get glue dissolver to free Chef, Courtney, Harold, Izzy and Owen but stops when Cody mistakes the controller for her rocket boots for a games console. Cody flies MacArthur straight onto the wrecking ball, causing a lever to drop, dropping the wrecking ball into the daycare. She then gets hired by a construction company and leaves, leaving Chef and the kids stuck in the glue, still wondering who MacArthur is, to which Chef thinks that they'll never know.
