After accidentally swallowing a piece of gum, Owen has to protect his friends by jumping into the gum volcano, but it turns out the gum was stuck on his on Owen's loving bear, Beary.

- Owen mentions that he never chewed gum before in this episode, but he was seen chewing Beth's gum in that episode.
- Gwen previously stated that a person who swallowed gum will have a gum tree growing out of their stomach, but in this episode, her statement changes to being turned into a giant piece of gum.
- As Owen is walking away to watch himself chew gum in the mirror, his mouth disappears for a single frame.
