  • Kiyomasa's Gang was a group of third-year Shibuya Third Middle School thugs led by Masataka Kiyomizu.


    The gang was a small, exclusive group with at least six members, including their leader Kiyomasa, who all came from Shibuya Third Middle School. All members, excluding Masaru, who was their errand boy, were part of the Tokyo Manji Gang's Third Division before they were expelled from the gang.

  • Vatican (also spelled Bachikan), is a biker gang mentioned during Draken's flashback of his fifth elementary year. It was a gang defeated by Mikey.

  • The Sameyama Group (or Sect) was a small group that appears in Draken's flashback. They ruled over the neighborhood that Draken was in until Manjiro Sano defeated its leader. Before Draken was tasked to find Mikey, the group had previously beaten up Draken.

  • The Shonan Mermaids were a biker gang that appeared during the Toman leaders' flashback. They confronted Keisuke Baji while he was taking Mikey's moped to get gas. The gang was easily defeated by Mikey and Baji soon after.

  • Ikebukuro Criminal Black Members (池袋クリミナルブラックメンバーズIkebukuro Kuriminaru Burakku Menbāzu?), or ICBM, was a biker gang based on Ikebukuro district. Hansen was the leader of ICBM.


    ICBM was initially a well-known and powerful gang in Tokyo, as it was invited to spectate during Bloody Halloween. Hansen was the overseer for the Bloody Halloween, but was humiliated by Kazutora Hanemiya, causing the gang's reputation to tank. On the day of the fight between the Tokyo Manji Gang and Tenjiku, ICBM was easily taken apart by Tenjiku and mocked by Izana Kurokawa.[1]

  • Night Dust (ナイトダストNaito Dasuto?) was dubbed as one of Tokyo's strongest gangs based on Ueno District. It was led by Leanman.[2] Like the ICBM, Leanman and the gang were ripped apart and mocked by Izana Kurokawa before Tenjiku fights Toman.

    The Twin Devils Gang (双悪 (スゴアク) Sugoaku?) was a team formed by the twins Nahoya and Souya Kawata. Not much is known about the Twin Devils except that it was founded by the Kawata Brothers. It also engaged in many fights with the Kawasaki gang Jugem under the command of Kanji Mochizuki, who defeated the twins in a one-on-one fight to settle the dispute between them.[3]

  • Jugem ( (ジュ) 華武 (ゲム) Jugemu?) was a gang led by Kanji Mochizuki before he served as a Heavenly King in Tenjiku. The gang controlled the city of Kawasaki.


    Jugem used to engage in many fights with the Twin Devils Gang led by Nahoya and Souya Kawata.[4] Their gangs were in constant confrontation until they settled the dispute with a one-on-one fight between the leaders. With Mocchi at its helm, Jugem was victorious.[5]

  • Max Maniacs was Tokyo's biggest biker gang before its leaders were defeated by Ran and Rindo Haitani.[6]


    For unknown reasons, the two leaders of Max Maniacs fought against the Haitani Brothers and lost. According to Izana Kurokawa, Ran Haitani took down its leader in one hit[7] and interrupted the fight between his younger brother Rindo Haitani and Max Maniacs' Vice-Leader. Rindo allegedly pinned him down as Ran repeatedly bashed his face. The Roppongi Hai-Manic War ended with the Vice-Leader's hospitalization and eventually, demise.

  • Dino South was a gang led by South Terano after he after he murdered his mentor and guardian Dino. Before South inherited the gang, Dino was the leader of Dino South. At the tender age of twelve, South led the gang as Boss and was nicknamed "Tyrant" during his rule.
