Shinichiro's Second Time Leap was an accidental time leap caused by Shinichiro Sano and Haruchiyo Sanzu shaking hands.

Plot

After Haruchiyo was hospitalized due to Mikey's attack, Shinichiro and Haruchiyo shook hands which forced Shinichiro to time leap back to the present against his will.
