Thread Moderators or Discussions Moderators are staff members who have been given tools to moderate Tokyo Revengers Wiki Forum. Thread Moderators have the ability to delete and restore threads, posts, and comments by users, lock and reopen posts, manage the Discussions categories, and recategorize posts. They generally help monitor the Wiki's Social and Discussions Activity.
Per FANDOM's User rights guide, Thread Moderators have access to the following abilities:
- Removing and restoring threads and replies by any user
- Closing and reopening replies
- Manage Discussions categories, and move posts from one category to another
- Deleting blog comments
- Editing and deleting article comments
- Moderating the Discussions feature, if enabled.

Thread Moderator Applications
A user may apply for the Thread Moderator position once they have satisfied the following conditions:
- Active in Discussions
- Has a good moral character
- No major block history
- Deemed trustworthy by wiki staff and the community
