The Yasur Alliance is the majority alliance on the Yasur and Alinta tribes on Survivor: Vanuatu.
One of the first all-female alliances in Survivor history, the Yasur Alliance began as an alliance between the older women of the Yasur tribe, before eventually expanding to all of the tribe's members at the merge. However, seeds planted by Chris Daugherty, as well as insurgencies from within the alliance, eventually caused its downfall.

History[]
Formation[]
Witnessing an age divide between the older and younger women of Yasur, two alliances of four were formed. One consisting of Ami Cusack, Leann Slaby, Scout Cloud Lee, and Twila Tanner, and the other with Eliza Orlins, Julie Berry, Lisa Keiffer, and Mia Galeotalanza. When the women lost their first Immunity Challenge on Day 6, Dolly Neely became the swing vote between the two factions. However, she couldn't decide which alliance to be a part of, eventually causing Eliza to suggest for her to be voted out instead. At Tribal Council, Eliza joined the older women in blindsiding Dolly, shocking the younger ladies.
At the Double Tribal Council on Day 7, Eliza reconciled with with the younger women, seemingly setting up a 4-4 deadlock between The younger women's target Twila, and the older women's target Mia. However, Lisa decided to flip on the younger ladies and vote with the older women against Mia at Tribal Council, blindsiding her in a 5-3 vote.
Tribe Shuffle[]
When a swap occurred on Day 11, Rory Freeman and Travis Sampson joined Yasur while Twila Tanner and Julie Berry moved over to Lopevi. When Ami Cusack overheard Travis attempting to tell his former tribe mate Chris Daugherty to throw the Immunity Challenge, she used it as leverage against him. However, Eliza attempted to save Travis by arguing the possibility of Yasur going on a losing streak without the men. In the end, Ami got her way when Travis was voted out in a unanimous 6-1 vote.
Loose Line[]
With Travis out, Rory became the last male standing on the new Yasur tribe. However, even with Rory still in the game, the tribe lost their second Immunity Challenge in a row. Though Rory was destined to leave next, Ami managed to pick up Lisa's loose line of "just in case" while they were gathering fruit, causing her to turn the women against her. With Rory's help, Ami successfully got rid of Lisa in a 4-2 vote.
Post-Merger Success[]
When the tribes merged into the Alinta tribe, the women had a 6 to 4 advantage against the men. The women decided to stick together and eliminate the men. The alliance took control, voting out Rory, Lea Masters, and Chad Crittenden at the next three Tribal Councils.
The Alliance Crumbles[]
With Chad gone, Chris was the only male left, and it appeared that Chris' time was up. However, when Chris lost the Immunity Challenge and told his fiancé that he would be voted out, this prompted the women to keep him for one more round. Julie and Leann decided that Eliza didn't deserve to stay in the game any longer, which Ami then signed off on. However, Julie told Chris about Eliza's looming vote-out, and then Chris brought the information to Twila. Twila told Chris that he had been spared and he could turn the game around by talking to one person; after some back and forth, Chris realized she meant Eliza, and he went to Eliza and pleaded with her to take the chance and side with him, Twila, and Scout Cloud Lee against her former allies, which was hard for Eliza due to her dislike of Scout and Twila. Scout and Twila formed a Final Four Alliance with Chris and Eliza and targeted Leann, since Ami had immunity. In the end, the new alliance of four's plan came into fruition, and Leann was voted out, becoming the third member of the jury.
Dissolution[]
With Leann gone, Ami and Julie were alone. When Ami failed to win immunity on Day 33, she was voted out. The alliance was officially wiped out on Day 36 as Julie was blindsided by Chris's alliance.
