The Lairo Women's Alliance is an alliance in Survivor: Island of the Idols.
The alliance was engineered by Missy Byrd on Day 1. The alliance controlled the first vote, however it soon began to crumble due to Karishma Patel being kicked out and becoming the decoy target, and the alliance turning on one of their own at the third Tribal Council. The remainder of the alliance held through the merge, but were eventually eliminated by their rivals.
