Kyle Jason is a contestant from Survivor: Kaôh Rōng.
Jason was a major power player on the To Tang tribe to start the game, forming a long-term alliance with Scot Pollard. They were relegated to the minority after the merge, and were strongly disliked by their tribemates for their uncouth and combative tendencies, but Jason managed to persist deep into the game thanks to the protection offered by Hidden Immunity Idols and temporary alliances with Tai Trang and Julia Sokolowski. He was finally eliminated at the final six due to his minority status and his poor social standing among the remaining players.

Name (Age): Kyle Jason (31)
Tribe Designation: Brawn
Current Residence: Detroit
Occupation: Bounty Hunter
Personal Claim to Fame: Besides my family, it would be becoming an NCO while in the Army. I worked my ass off to get there and I did it in only 3 years.
Inspiration in Life: I don't have a hero or an inspiration. I am just me, and everything I have ever wanted, I go for. I won't stop until I get it and I don't care what I have to do to get it.
Hobbies: Kicking in doors, getting tattoos and riding my motorcycle.
Pet Peeves: There are so many, but if I were to narrow it down, I would have to say dumb people, lazy people and one uppers.
3 Words to Describe You: Loud, blunt and hilarious.
If You Could Have 3 Things on the Island What Would They Be and Why? Hair ties, energy drinks and a mini DVD player.
Survivor Contestant You Are Most Like: Russell Hantz because he is the only person that has ever truly played the game the way you should. The only difference is that I wouldn't wait so long making things disappear.
Reason for Being on Survivor: Truthfully, for the money. I have a family that is very important to me and that is why I work so hard. My youngest daughter has autism and is always in some form of therapy. It costs a lot of money and I make it work, but it would be nice to have some real money in my bank so I don't worry about her as much. I have been watching this game from Season 1, when Rudy should've won until he took his hand off that log. I can play this game and want that Survivor title.
Why You Think You'll "Survive" Survivor: I have spent years living in third world countries and war zones- I know how to survive. I can make fire, build shelter, last as long as needed, go days without food and I work extremely hard.
Why You Think You Will Be the Sole Survivor: I really do believe I can win this competition. I lie for a living, day in and day out. I have no shame telling people what they want to hear so I can stab them in the back and make it look like someone else. I know this game too well, watching it from the start, and I believe I can play it in the way it should be played and be the first to win in that way.[1]
Survivor[]
Jason started off on To Tang, the Brawn tribe. He managed to form a majority alliance with Cydney Gillon, Scot Pollard, and Jennifer Lanzetti. Alecia Holden had the most trouble fitting in and seemed to annoy him a lot. Despite his conflict with Alecia, he spared her the first two Tribal Councils, opting to vote out Darnell Hamilton and Jennifer instead. The straw broke the camel's back after that, and Jason, Scot, and Alecia engaged in a tense Hidden Immunity Idol hunt where Jason ended up victorious. Jason's alliance finally voted out Alicia on Day 11, but with only three members going into the tribe switch, their position of power would be no more. Jason's post-swap tribe won all the Immunity Challenges during that phase of the game.
The merge set up a showdown between original Brains and Brawn (plus Tai Trang and Julia Sokolowski, who Scot kept safe post-swap) vying for Nick Maiorano and Michele Fitzgerald as swing votes. Jason and Scot disclosed information about their idols to Nick in an effort to get him on board. Nick and Michele ultimately sided with Brawn. but Neal Gottlieb's evacuation cancelled Tribal Council. Knowing they were in power, Jason, Scot, and Nick grew overconfident. Nick did upset Cydney by checking on her and made her feel like she was not a valued member of the alliance. Thinking the Brains were still on the bottom and targeting Aubry Bracco, Jason was blindsided by the girls as Nick was voted out. Jason and Scot retaliated by making camp life miserable. At the Reward Challenge, one of the girls had to team up with Tai, Jason, and Scot after Jeff Probst allowed the contestants to choose their teams. Julia's decision to join Jason's team raised red flags for her alliance, particularly Aubry. At the next Tribal Council, Jason and Scot bluffed an idol play, and ultimately they survived with all their idols intact as the majority alliance targeted Debbie Wanner. With a super idol in their possession and individual immunity won, Jason felt powerful and gave an idol each to Scot and Tai. The plan was to put three votes on Aubry, and whoever received more votes out of Tai and Scot they would use their super idol to blindside Aubry. However, Tai ended up joining Aubry's alliance, voted out Scot, and refused to give Scot his idol. Scot left with an idol in his possession, and Jason was firmly on the bottom.
Unable to win further Immunity Challenges, Jason was left at the mercy of the other tribe members. He was spared at final seven at Julia's expense. Tai did what he could to convince his alliance to target Michele before Jason, but he couldn't even get Jason to vote with him. Tai's plan failed, and Jason was voted out on Day 32. Jason's jury vote was undecided going into Final Tribal Council, but ultimately he voted for Michele to win.
