The Battle of the Skaross system was the name of a battle between Galactic Republic and reconstituted Sith Empire in the Imperial Skaross system during the last stages of the Cold War. The battle resulted in the saving of a Sith factory station from a Republic fleet.
The battle[]
The Republic discovered that a key Imperial weapons manufacturing station was in the Skaross system so the Republic command send a bombers' fleet to destroy it. When the Sith understood the situation they called for help the elite Empire's Fury squadron and quickly the Republic fleet was repulsed.
