Super Mario Bros. 35 was a game for Nintendo Switch Online members. The game was a competitive version of Super Mario Bros. with 35 players, similar to Tetris 99. Enemies defeated in one player's game were transferred to another player's. The game also featured an item roulette. If the player died, they would lose. Released as part of the Super Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary Event, the game became available from October 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021.

Gameplay[]

The gameplay was the same as the original Super Mario Bros. with 35 players globally. If a player hit an enemy as Small Mario, they would be eliminated. If a player fell through a hole, they would be eliminated. The game took all Marios through the entire game until one player was left standing.
