I recently revisited La La Land (2016) on Tubi. The film centers around a young Hollywood actress who works at a coffee shop and falls for a jazz pianist. As their careers take divergent paths, their budding romance faces challenges.
Directed by Damien Chazelle (known for Babylon), the cast includes Ryan Gosling (from The Notebook), Emma Stone (known for Poor Things), J.K. Simmons (famous for Juno), and Rosemarie DeWitt (from Poltergeist).
La La Land captivates with its breathtaking scenery, impeccable costumes, and a stellar soundtrack that immerses viewers in its world. The cinematography and camera work are top-notch, creating a visually stunning experience. The narrative unfolds like a theatrical production, with compelling characters and authentic dialogue that make you invest in the young couple's journey. The film's ending is magic and brings the story full circle.
