'There's a nice way to say that Karen'
Its technically flawless, painting a true 'techni-colour world' and as a musical; every song is a banger. However, more importantly it is a timeless ode to anyone who had or has a dream or a vision of a life they could live or may have missed. It has alot to say about nostalgia and the balance of looking back and reflection with moving forward and moving on which I think the end sums up perfectly.
Most people's experience with Hollywood or their dreams in general might not end as happily as Mia's. They might have had to sacrifice more but Mia and Seb in the club dreaming about what they could have had, how easily things could have gone differently but ultimately realising both are satisfied with the goals they have achieved is the perfect attitude to have. The film says it isn't wrong to look back, as long as you can see what you have moving forward.
Also, with Sebastian and Mia now single I'd just like them to know that I am free tomorrow night and yes i like jazz/ or the hollywood dream...
