I had a ton of fun with this movie. In my eyes, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice was able to re-capture all the charm of the original. Great cast, crazy props and sets, enjoyable world, and genuinely funny humor. A lot of heart too; that scene with the dad got me. And it's insane how Michael Keaton felt like the exact same age, you can barely notice a difference between now and thirty-six years ago.
My only two complaints would be that there was way too much going on (like the ex-wife, her and a ton else was completely unnecessary) and the fact that the end was just a rehash of the ending in the original. Other than that, good stuff.
And if we don't get another sequel called Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetlejuice I'll be upset. It's too perfect, it has to happen.
