Andou is a psychopathic war veteran that has the tendencies of causing misery and hurting others for no reasons.
It is known that Andou takes great pleasure in killing, torturing and hurting the weak, and if he's ever met faced to faced with someone who is stronger or equal to him in terms of power, he would instantly complains, and brags of how he hates those kinds of peoples who are superior to him, and soon jumps into using dishonorable and cowardly tactics in hopes he could kill those peoples.
In-short, Andou is a remorseless, cold, violent, merciless, callous, yet hypocritical man.
Story[]
Andou first appeared in chapter 65 as a "researcher" of Shigoku Kyou alongside with Miguel, Nogi Takashi, Momoki Sana being introduced to Shirakawa Jun by Shigoku Kyou.
In the Kyou Arc, He waterboarded a embezzling club member into submission. He again seen stalking Uruma Shun along with the researchers and later kidnapped Gramps and Uruma Kakeru and assisted in the game "Rock, Paper and Scissors slashing a limb of Uruma Kakeru everytime Uruma Shun loses in the game. When Uruma Shun Sr. got free from his captivity mutiliating his limb, Andou engaged in a fight with him. After battling with Uruma Shun Sr., he succeeds in killing him by trying to murder Uruma Kakeru. He was then attacked by Uruma Shun but escaped.
Later, in the Andou Arc, he was seen again with Kurusu, his best friend. After finding out Uruma Shun infiltrated the Revolution Club island, he detained Uruma Shun and tortured him. After Uruma Shun broke free, he engaged in a fight with Andou. After Andou was defeated in the battle by Uruma Shun, he was put into the torture method of Scavenger's daughter alongside Kurusu and his fingers were cut off. At last, he was burned to death by Uruma Shun.
A satisfying death, indeed...
