Hi Mr. Mankini
I'm Hazeem. I know with everything, you'll probably never see this. We met on the evac vert. I'd just buckled in my daughter. There weren't any more seats. They needed to take off. The hills were burning outside. Soldiers started shouting. Pulling my arms. I didn't want to leave her.
I was in hysterics. But you. You were so calm. Just unbuckled your seatbelt and offered me your place. As we took off, I watched you. Hands in your pockets like you were waiting for a taxi drone.
Can't believe I didn't clock who you were 'til we landed.
I've been waiting by the landing pad, hoping to thank you in person, but it seems like we were the last ones out. So I guess this fanmail's got to be it.
Thank you for giving us these final days together. They've got the Mankini's Bobsled Bonanza holo in the refugee center. We watched it. Rida hasn't giggled like that in a long time.
You've got two lifelong fans in us, Mr. Mankini, however short those lives might be.

To find this datapoint, head for the Dreadwing site on the southwest corner of the main central island. Here is a path that goes around the coast and then north towards a campsite, crossing over a small stream in the process.
Get to this stream via the path, then look for the datapoint nearby at the stream’s source: if the Dreadwing is already dead then its corpse will be on top. If the Dreadwing is alive, it will likely scramble Aloy's Focus and prevent her from scanning it, forcing her to either be quick or kill the Dreadwing first.
