Devoted is a datapoint in Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores. It is the eleventh item in Burning Shores - Quests.

When I passed my Devotion Review, I felt a sense of elation I have hardly ever known.
To be given a chance by Walter was a gift. To prove myself worthy of him, to see the Ascension Hall with my own eyes - that was a dream made real.
Even now, I repeat the Words of Attainment in my head: "Only through devotion may I embrace his light. Only through him may I ascend to a new world."
These words fill me with warmth. With assurance. For now I know with absolute certainty: I am his chosen, and I shall Ascend.

This datapoint is found in the south-western part of the hall of Londra holograms, however it doesn’t appear until you first talk to Brenik at the door to the Ascension hall. You can still read this datapoint even if you convinced Otosu or Kiral to tell you the Words of Ascension.
Once you’ve done that, head for the staircase leading up to the dining area, then slip through the boxes to the left of the stairs. Head left, and you’ll find the scroll amongst some Quen supplies.
If you miss this datapoint, it's automatically acquired after completing the "For His Amusement" main quest, due to the entrance to Heaven's Rest being blocked up after that point.
