The captain here said the military could get this message to you. By then, you'll probably be in a shelter out by the Rockies.
After we got separated at the evac checkpoint, I looked for you. But what I saw was family after family, not much different from ours. Parents trying to soothe their crying kids. A boy hugging his little dog tight, whispering to it that he wouldn't leave it behind, no matter what the adults said.

This datapoint is located on a tiny island with a cylindrical building on it, north of Fleet’s End and east of the island with Widemaws where Aloy first arrived at the Burning Shores. If you’ve completed "The Stars in Their Eyes" main quest, then there’ll be a Devotee camp here.
Check the south-eastern side of the cylindrical tower on this island to find the datapoint at its base, among some metal pipes.
