STANLEY CHEN: The primary node's shut down now. I think the last time I was down here was during the Lumiere Grande incident. A malfunction led to an overflow of detergent in the pipes. Suds rose from every fountain. As we frantically tried to fix it... I looked up and saw everyone in the lobby chasing bubbles the size of basketballs, young and old alike. Another magical moment in the impossible city.

This datapoint is acquired when visiting the Dunehollow in The Sea of Sands. Once Aloy swims to the Primary Pump Node, she'll have to swim under and surface on the other side of a sluice gate and climb up a ladder to get out of the water. The datapoint will be in the corner on her right, among the holographic coral.
