He phones Lazlow on the Chatterbox segment of Liberty City Free Radio, telling him how he can't stop shaving, and considers shaving around his penis to make it look bigger, and it's implied that he got the idea from his mother. He then repeats the statement about shaving around his penis to make it look bigger, which makes Lazlow go into a brief fit of laughter before he tells Lenny to stop calling the show.
Lenny is also indirectly mentioned by Panjit Gavaskar, the DJ of Radio Del Mundo, and is mentioned to be dating Panjit's daughter.
