Events of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories

The unnamed clerk appears in all gun stores around Liberty City in 1998, including Ammu-Nations and Phil Cassidy's Fully Cocked Gun Shop. If he is attacked, he will pull out a Shotgun and attack the player.

During certain missions, Toni Cipriani must collect a weapon from him, pre-ordered by his mission givers Vincenzo Cilli, Ned Burner and Donald Love.
