The Epsilon Tract is a collection challenge that becomes available after completing the eighth and final Epsilon mission: Unknowing the Truth, regardless of the said mission's outcome.
Description[]
Michael will receive an e-mail, after completing the final Epsilon mission, from Marnie explaining that the tract collections are available, and clues to find them. Only one tract is available at a time and must be collected in the fixed order given; any protagonist can collect the tracts but only Michael will receive the clues.
The mission is unlocked regardless of Michael's decision in "Unknowing the Truth".
Either due to a glitch or by design, every time the player switches to Michael or loads a game that starts with Michael, he will receive another copy of the most recent tract location clue (in other words, Marnie appears to be spamming him). This can result in Michael's phone being loaded with duplicate messages, especially if he is unable to complete the challenge right away (for example, the second location cannot be accessed until a certain mission is completed and Michael is able to access a certain vehicle).

The Reward[]
Your reward for collecting all Tract collectibles is a complete set of excerpts: "The Epsilon Tract of the 9th Paradigm. Year 157." Marnie emails you a congratulations message after collecting the tenth tract. Open the link in the email to go directly to www.epsilonprogram.com/tract.
The only way to access the tract is through Marnie's link, if the e-mail is deleted, the player won't be able to access the tract.

Trivia[]
- Given that Marnie offers the collection challenge to Michael and indicates that he's "one of us" regardless of the outcome of Unknowing the Truth, it's possible that Michael's actions (even if it involved stealing the money) were actually expected, or Marnie is too far gone to care.
