Hidden package in GTA Liberty City Stories

Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories has 100 hidden packages to collect altogether in all 3 islands; Portland Island, Staunton Island, and Shoreside Vale. Some of them can be collected only after completing specific storyline missions. All 100 hidden packages are required for the game's 100% completion.

Rewards

Every 10 packages collected, the player will be rewarded with a unique weapon pickup to be collected at every safehouse. (Note: The 100th package won't give any weapon pickup, but a money reward of $50,000).

Locations

Portland

#	Image	Location description
1		Harwood – Ferry station. In the northwesternmost security guard's booth.
2		Portland – On a big rock in the sea. Accessible via boat.
3		Harwood – In a construction area.
4		Harwood – Dirt bike racing circuit, hidden in a small valley between grassy hills.
5		Harwood – Behind the car crusher, in between the metal pipes.
6		Portland Beach – When coming up to the northeastern edge of the concrete area in the grass, you will find the hidden package down on the grass after that edge.
7		Saint Mark's – On top of the AM gas station. You will need to do a stunt jump from the Autocrusher and Junkyard area to get there.
8		Saint Mark's – Behind 8-Ball Autos, close to a school bus, inside an abandoned destroyed car.
9		Hepburn Heights – In the projects' construction area, behind 2 caravans.
10		Red Light District – For this you will need to make the stunt jump in The Dolls House to get on top of the project's roof, and then drop down to the project's entrance area. (The ramp will only appear once the house is destroyed after completing the mission: Blow Up 'Dolls').
11		Red Light District – Claude's Portland Safehouse from GTA III. Behind the 2 dumpsters.
12		Red Light District – The Dolls House, behind a wall. (Can only be collected after completing the mission: Blow Up 'Dolls').
13		St. Mark's – Toni's Portland Safehouse. Get an ambulance or any tall vehicle that you can climb and reach the top of the small platform near the entrance.
14		St. Mark's – In an alleyway, close to the area where you can pick up a Kuruma.
15		Portland Beach – Salvatore's Gentlemen's Club area. Go to the edge of the cliff and you'll find the package.
16		Portland Beach (Lighthouse Island) – Use a boat to get there and climb the first portion of boardwalk and you'll find it.
17		Portland Beach – Salvatore's Gentlemen's Club area. When entering the dirt road from the main road keep driving towards the beach and you will find it when driving downhill.
18		Saint Mark's – Behind Ammu-Nation.
19		St. Mark's – Behind 2 dumpsters in a courtyard.
20		St. Mark's – Saint Mark's Bistro 2nd floor dining area.
21		Chinatown – On top of the Kurowski train station. Use a bike to use the stairs as a ramp.
22		Portland View – Courtyard in front of Sweeney General Hospital.
23		Portland View – Go to the back of Sweeney General Hospital and you will see the collectible by the hospital's windows.
24		Portland View – About the middle of the forest area near Sweeney General Hospital.
25		Portland View – Under Baillie train station.
26		Portland Harbor – On top of the northeasternmost warehouse. Get a motorcycle and hit the ramp coming from west.
27		Portland Harbor – Climb the containers and you'll see the collectible in the corner of the yellow containers.
28		Portland Harbor – Roof of the south warehouse. It is located behind a ramp, the airvents.
29		Portland Harbor – On the 2nd floor of the ship. (Same place where Les Cargo is in GTA III).
30		Chinatown – In an alleyway behind Mr. Wong's Laundrette.
31		Trenton – On the roof of Don Kiddick's Sausage Factory, in between the 2 signs and the chimney. Use the train tracks to get to the roof by getting on them through Baillie Station.
32		Trenton – On top of the Scopers Haulage warehouse roof. Next to AMCo. Petroleum Company offices.
33		Trenton – Bus terminal, in front of an office's door.
34		Chinatown – Old School Hall parking lot, in a bush.
35		Atlantic Quays – At the end of a jetty in south Portland.
36		Atlantic Quays – Between 2 dumpsters, which are next to one of the warehouses near Vincenzo Cilli's Warehouse.
37		Portland Harbor – Between 2 trailers.
38		Callahan Bridge – On the bridge, on a pillar between the 2 opposite lanes.
39		Callahan Bridge – Under the bridge, on the horizontal pillar. Use the ramp by the bridge to reach it.
40		Red Light District – Westernmost road, between the 2 opposite lanes, in the bush.

Staunton Island

41		Rockford – Rockford Ferry Terminal parking lot. Between a caravan and a flatbed.
42		Aspatria – Aspatria Waterfront Park. Right next to stunt jump #14.
43		Rockford – The yet to be built entrance of Porter Tunnel of Staunton.
44		Rockford – Carson General Hospital's parking lot. In the bushes on the eastern side of the parking lot.
45		Rockford – Next to Ristorante Ecoli. (Could be the restaurant's parking lot?), behind the wall.
46		Rockford – North east road. On the gravel part of the grass.
47		Fort Staunton – Inside Rockford subway station, right by the restrooms.
48		Fort Staunton – The alleyway where you rescue Salvatore Leone in the mission Search and Rescue. Behind the dumpster.
49		Fort Staunton – On a rock in the waters between Fort Staunton (which is in Staunton) and Red Light District (Which is in Portland). The rock is closer to an island that belongs to Fort Staunton.
50		Fort Staunton – Easternmost road of Fort Staunton. On one of the pillars at the bottom of the bridge.
51		Fort Staunton – Behind the Bottiglia liquor wholesale sign. This store is located in front of Fort Staunton Museum in northern Fort Staunton.
52		Fort Staunton – Inside a wrecked building, on the 2nd floor, close to Bottiglia liquor wholesale in southern Fort Staunton. (Can only be collected after completing the mission: Bringing the House Down).
53		Fort Staunton – On the roof of Staunton Cafe.
54		Aspatria – South-West Aspatria. In the parking lot, which is in front of the stadium, in a grass area between the parking spaces, next to a tree.
55		Aspatria – Aspatria Waterfront Park. By the drainage near the water.
56		Newport – Next to 8-Ball Autos car bomb shop. Between two dumpsters.
57		Newport – West of Asuka Kasen's Condo. Under Newport - Fort Staunton Expressway, hiding behind a pillar close to the water.
58		Belleville Park – On Shoreside Lift Bridge. On the side of the bridge. When doing the swirl to get on the bridge, drive off towards south before going towards Shoreside Vale.
59		Belleville Park – In the park. Behind the obelisk.
60		Newport – At Lips 106 Headquarters, above the northern entrance to the building. (Stubby Shotgun spawn location).
61		Newport - Fort Staunton Expressway. Between the opposite lanes there is a ramp. The package is located on the walls surrounding the ramp.
62		Newport – At the marina. Next to a red container that is close to Callahan Bridge.
63		Callahan Bridge – After passing the ramp that is leading to Portland, the package is on the edge, by the ramp. (Can only be collected after completing the mission: Driving Mr Leone).
64		Belleville Park – When coming from Callahan Bridge to Staunton Island, the package is inside the first bush you encounter that is separating the two opposite lanes.
65		Bedford Point – In the southwestern corner of Liberty City Cemetery. Behind the bushes.
66		Bedford Point – On the second floor of Phil Cassidy's Fully Cocked Gun Shop. Jump over to get behind the crates.
67		Torrington – On the grassy area separating the two opposite lanes. Right by a tree.
68		Torrington – Outskirts of The Big Shot Casino. Next to a searchlight.
69		Torrington – Between Morningstar Building and Love Media Building. At Morningstar building's fire exit.
70		Bedford Point – At the entrance of Bedford Point Courthouse.

Shoreside Vale

71		Francis International Airport – Southernmost part of Shoreside Vale and the package will be seen right by the water.
72		Francis International Airport – Between 2 ramps with yellow diagonal stripes on them.
73		Francis International Airport – Behind Avery Carrington's hangar.
74		Francis International Airport – On a stationary plane's wing
75		Francis International Airport – Enter the area where the Theme Building is located, which can be accessed only through the northern road of the airport. Use a ramp to get to a roof, west of the Theme Building. Then use a ramp to get to the other side of that roof, where the package is located.
76		Francis International Airport – Same area as package #75. Only this time use a ramp, located east of the Theme Building to get to the package surrounded by containers.
77		Francis International Airport – Arrive at the western side of the whole terminal and you'll find a big sign that reads "Liberty International Airport" and 3 smaller signs reading "Terminal A", "Terminal B", and "Terminal C". Use a ramp nearby to get to the package sitting behind the big sign.
78		Francis International Airport – This package is located on the exact opposite side of package #77;the main entrance to the whole terminal, which is on the eastern side of the terminal. You'll have to use a ramp to get to the roof of the front entrance, which is located south of the main terminal (Same location where you can find the Python).
79		Francis International Airport – Under Shoreside Lift Bridge, around Porter Tunnel area where the roads are divided to 3.
80		Francis International Airport – Behind Kronos billboard ad.
81		Pike Creek – East Pike Creek, right by the water. Around the area where KLÜNT is located, and also the big wooden ramp leading to Wichita Gardens.
82		Pike Creek – Behind a dumpster at Holy rev. Joe's Flophouse.
83		Pike Creek – On top of KLÜNT warehouse's roof, by the ramp on the northwestern corner of the roof.
84		Pike Creek – On the southeastern corner of Scopers Haulage warehouse's roof. To get to the roof you'll need to climb from the western side. Go to Hope Medical College and get an Ambulance, in order to climb over the wall between Scopers Haulage warehouse and the hospital to get to the roof of the warehouse.
85		Francis International Airport – On the grassy, forested area, south of Pike Creek, north of the airport.
86		Pike Creek – In a small garage behind Shoreside Vale Police Station.
87		Pike Creek – Next to AMCo. Petroleum Company offices in Pike Creek. Next to a tree by the stairs.
88		Pike Creek – East of the "Pay 'n' Spray" and "8-Ball Autos" in Pike Creek. Drive down the ramp to find a fenced area, in which the hidden package is located behind the wooden planks.
89		Pike Creek – Next to The Undercover Storage Company warehouse. Behind the big white storage tanks.
90		Cochrane Dam – West of the western entrance to the upper level of the dam. On the edge of the cliff.
91		Cochrane Dam – Bottom level of the dam. Next to rocks by the road.
92		Cochrane Dam – Bottom level of the dam. By the pier where Paulie Sindacco tries to escape Toni in the mission Dead Reckoning.
93		Cochrane Dam – Middle level of the dam. Behind the first blue container you see when you enter the mid level.
94		Cedar Grove – In Upstate Tunnel. Next to the blocked entrance towards route "upstate".
95		Cedar Grove – Next to a big suburb red house (Not Donald Love's Mansion).
96		Cedar Grove – Staunton View Picnic Area. By the water.
97		Cedar Grove – Rocky area between Wichita Gardens and the road with the suburban houses.
98		Cedar Grove – Behind billboards on the curved road leading to Wichita Gardens from the suburban houses.
99		Wichita Gardens – East of the North West Towers, the southern tower out of the four. In the doorway.
100		Wichita Gardens – Over east, by the water. Close to the billboard.
