Toni drops by Paulie's Revue Bar, where JD informs him that Massimo Torini, a member of the Sicilian Mafia, is heading to Liberty City in an attempt to broker a peace truce between the families. However, Salvatore is suspicious and wants someone to follow Torini. Toni heads to Salvatore's house before Torini takes off in a helicopter, where Toni follows the helicopter to investigate.
Torini first lands in Hepburn Heights, where he meets the Diablos and promises them Hepburn Heights if they help the Sicilians. Torini then flies to Chinatown and meets the Triads on a rooftop, informing them that if they co-operate with the Sicilians they will be "taken care of". The Triads, however, spot Toni. Torini flies off in the helicopter, whilst Toni kills all hostile Triad members in the vicinity in order to return to Salvatore Leone with the information.
After completing the mission, the Triads will become hostile towards Toni and will shoot at him on sight if he drives around their turf.
So, Salvatore cleaned house, huh... and now he's fixing up yours!
JD:
It's all mine now, Toni! Those cock-sucking Sindaccos all been kicked out. Listen, I hear the Sicilians are trying to broker peace between the families. Toni heads to Salvatore's Gentlemen's Club in Portland Beach, where Massimo Torini gets into his Maverick and flies off. Toni decides to follow him, and the helicopter lands in Diablos' turf - Hepburn Heights. Torini gets out of the helicopter and talks to the Diablos.
Torini:
Come siamo rimasti d'accordo, if you do my associates work for them, you'll be well rewarded. ...Hepburn Heights will belong to the Diablos.
Torini goes back into his helicopter and flies somewhere else, with Toni still following him, until the helicopter lands on a rooftop of a building in south Chinatown, the territory of the Triads. Toni sneaks on the roof to listen in on the conversation.
Torini:
...so quei bastardi dei Leone tied down in Portland, and when my associates control this city, you'll be taken care of. Ci pensiamo noi.
Triad Member:
Over there! It's a Leone!
Toni gets spotted by the Triads as Torini leaves in his helicopter. Toni kills off all the Triads in the vicinity.
This mission is notorious for a bug which causes the game to crash on the iOS port, after the cutscenes when Torini lands his helicopter on the rooftop at Chinatown. This is however fixed in the Android port.
Torini informs them that if they co-operate with the Sicilians, they will be "taken care of".
Toni is spotted by one of the Triads.
Torini escapes in the helicopter.

Killing more Triads on the way out.
Killing the Triads who barricaded the alley with trucks.
Killing the last Triad.

This mission marks the first time in the Grand Theft Auto series that the main antagonist is introduced outside of the first mission or opening cutscene.
During the cutscene where Torini meets with the Triads, Toni is seen crouching behind some barrels. This is the only time in the game where this occurs, as the ability to crouch is absent from regular gameplay.
Toni can actually steal the helicopter in Chinatown. However, if he flies away from Chinatown, this will fail the mission and Toni will fall to the ground and die.
The pilot of Massimo's helicopter has the same pedestrian model found in some areas of Liberty City.
