The ammo truck variant of the Barracks OL is a military truck appearing in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
Design[]
Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories[]
The truck appears with a design almost identical to that of the standard variant of the truck, but features ammunition crates in the bed compartment.
Like the regular Barracks OL, this variant does not allow the player to activate Vigilante missions.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories[]
The truck makes a return to GTA Vice City Stories. It reuses the design from the GTA Liberty City Stories version, despite the regular Barracks OL featuring a different design in Vice City Stories compared to its GTA Liberty City Stories design. It also features a different ID number to the regular Barracks OL.
Unlike the regular Barracks OL, Vigilante missions cannot be activated in this vehicle.

Prominent Appearances in Gameplay[]
Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories[]
- Munitions Dump - Two ammo truck Barracks', owned by the Forellis and loaded with weapons, must be destroyed in this mission. Both of the trucks featured in this mission are fire-proof and pop-proof. They can be obtained by either pushing a wreck of a truck to a garage to have it restored (PSP only) or being in the vicinity of a truck as the mission fails.
- More Deadly Than the Male - Phil Cassidy loads the weapons stolen by Toni Cipriani from the Yakuza onto his Barracks.

Trivia[]
- Despite the fact that this variant of the Barracks OL features multiple color schemes in the game files, it only ever spawns with the standard dark army green color in both games, as it has a set texture. However, the 'real' primary color can be noticed by crashing the vehicle and paying attention to the color of the crash particles. This is a characteristic shared with the Patriot, the Gang Rancher and the Polaris V8.
