Greetings. If you are reading this, you have doublessly decided to discover more about your fellow scholars at the Department of Almost Certainly True History. So, as is required, I will give a brief summary so that you may be satisfied, and I may continue with my research.
As a child, I read every book I could get my hands on, and it soon became my life's work to collect in one vast library, the Almost Certainly True stories of all the famous characters; Trelawney Thorpe- Spark of the Realm, the Heterodyne Boys, the more recent Lady Heterodyne. I have also endeavored to learn the truth aboutother stories, such as the Jessica Hoode, a minor Spark who ran afoul of one of the works of one Dr Dimitri Vanoople; an intelligent, wolflike creature that somehow made its way into common knowledge. Also in my library are the stories of an over-eager Spark named Jack, who had an odd facination with beans, and Dorothy, who's work in the combination of meteorology and footwear eventually led many people to believe she had gone truly mad, as she attempted to drown a girl who, being a victim of a certain colorist's experiments, had contrived to turn her skin green.
