Into the jaws of Scylla!

Messy. Who's gonna clean that up?--Bosda Di'Chi (talk) 13:50, January 16, 2013 (UTC)

I was going to say they are heads in bottles, but the pic of the commander shows at least a torso, must be very uncomfy in there , or was , now i think comfort isnt a concern. !!!!

What kind of rediculous clanks were that anyway? Is the liquid supposed to absorb shock caused by punches or what? Well it doesn't. 80.146.239.70 13:41, January 17, 2013 (UTC)
Some Spark comes up with an idea, builds a machine. If the machine is successful, the design keeps being used. This isn't an era of systematic scientific analysis of each design feature. Argadi (talk) 14:34, January 17, 2013 (UTC)

Well...its comics like this that remind you Baron Wulfenbach isn't a nice guy. These are his troops acting in a manner they seemed accustomed too. He's better then the alternative but still a tyrant, no matter how neccessary it might be. Great Cthulhu (talk) 00:16, January 17, 2013 (UTC)

Agreed, Cthulu. Honestly though- what were they thinking going into an alleyway like that? It just screamed  "trap"! Hellooooo, people of Europa. Have you forgotten what the Heterodynes were like?!?!? HeterodyneGirl (talk) 01:49, January 17, 2013 (UTC)
Most of the major players seem to believe that the stories about Der Kestle's capabilities are exaggerated (note the exchange between Zola and Tiktoffen, and some of Vanamonde's early comments). Additionally, nearly everyone still believes Der Kestle is incapacitated, or at best extremely low on power. Granted nearly everyone has seen the big lightning hits by now, but it is likely not everyone realizes their significance (yet). Also, even if the leaders now know that Der Kestle is fully active, that word may still be filtering down through the ranks to the ground troops. I imagine that a panoramic view of Mechanicsburg right now would show that this sort of thing is happening simultaneously all over town, in the space of only a minute or two. Very likely, there are also huge defensive emplacements coming to life on the walls which may be occupying the various commanders' attentions at the moment, so the ground troops are (unwittingly) on their own. -- Jagerdraught Rejectee
Well said. At some point, we will get to see this from Klaus' viewpoint. That's a page I'm waiting for. AndyAB99 (talk) 11:26, January 17, 2013 (UTC)
