- According to Hydrological Studies in Byakuyakoku, The Narrows used to be "sandwiched between the mountain face and an area known as the Roundlands." Over time, tectonic shifts in Enkanomiya caused the Roundlands to collapse into the depths, thus making The Narrows quite wide.
