The Newsstand Board is a point of interest and a bulletin board located in Court of Fontaine: Quartier Narbonnais, Court of Fontaine, Court of Fontaine Region, Fontaine.
It can be found next to Angelique beside Hubel's shop. The board cycles through various messages where the player can move onto the next one by selecting "Continue Reading" or instead "Leave".
