Timothy J. Sercombe was a judge on the Oregon Court of Appeals, Position 4. He was appointed to the court by Democratic Governor Ted Kulongoski on February 28, 2007.[1][2] Sercombe was elected to the court in 2008 and then re-elected in 2014 for a term that would have expired on January 3, 2021.[3][4] He retired in 2017.
Education
Sercombe received his B.A. in political science from Northwestern University in 1973 and his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1976.[2][5]
