Noteworthy events
Accused of abuse (2022)
On April 24, 2022, Daniels was removed from his home after his wife accused him of stalking her and being verbally abusive.[4] According to the Associated Press, the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas issued Daniels' wife an emergency order of protection from abuse that barred Daniels from entering the home, contacting his wife, and possessing firearms.[5]
Daniels responded to the accusation in an email to The Philadelphia Inquirer and stated, "These unfounded allegations are the result of politically motivated attacks on me and my family."[4] In a Facebook video, Daniels said, “Folks, I ain’t dropping out of nothing. I ain’t quitting.”[4]
