Shane Hazel is a Husband, Father, Marine Combat Vet, Host & Producer of The Rebellion Podcast & CEO of Gone Too Far Inc, production company.

My mission is to bring people together while preserving the freedom of every individual, regardless of skin color, age, faith, gender, love and every other nuance which make us unique. We must come together and remove the government/corporate cabals from the lives of peaceful people here in the US and around the world.

  • #EndTheWars - It is long past time to bring the men & women in service home. Undeclared unconstitutional never ending war is used to enslave Americans through debt and taxation. 20 years of war is enough death & destruction for a life time. It is time for Peace.
  • #EndTheFed - Both democrats & republicans have enslaved every American for generations to come thru a $23,000,000,000,000 debt owed to a faceless, unaccountable international banking cabal that is growing at over $1 Trillion a year. It is time for Free Markets
  • #EndTheEmpire - The bureaucratic DC cabal is deployed in 150 countries around the world, for the interests of international aristocrats, not Americans, and they need to be exposed and removed. Wars, Taxes, Policies, "Laws", Permits, Debt are all out of control and must be abolished. It is time for Liberty.

EDUCATION: Public Schooling is Government Indoctrination, and it must be abolished at the Federal Level. Government & Liberty are mutually exclusive, so freedom in education is essential in maximizing each individual's unique passions, genius and potential. The ability of people to think critically, solve problems and prosper has shown throughout history to lift the human condition.

RIGHTS - "Imagine thinking that the government/corporate cabal, comprised and lead by murders, thieves, thugs and liars should also have a monopoly on force, or any say in your right to self preservation, property, association, speech, belief, privacy, & redress." - Shane Hazel. Dangerous liberty is far safer than even a limited government. When it comes to rights free women and men aren't restricted by government in the form of taxes/policy/permits/licenses. Therefore life, liberty and property are not of the purview of the federal government and should be abolished and nullified at all levels of government.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM - Let's define crime. Crime requires a victim. Murder, Rape, Assault, Kidnapping, Robbery, Coercion, Burglary & Property Damage all have a victim . All other law & policy are essentially fantasy crime, for the state is a legal fiction & cannot be the victim. Non-violent criminal policy like the war on drugs, red flag laws and civil asset forfeiture must be abolished at the federal level and nullified at the state and local level. Non-violent prisoners must be freed

Although I disagree with Joe Rogan politically, I think he's a really fascinating man. He's able to sit down and have long form discussions with an open mind and it's exactly what this country needs more than ever. Joe also has this really great way of making people laugh. At some point soon in my podcasting career I hope to effect culture on that scale, and making people laugh would just be icing on the cake.

Anything Rothbard for Economics
Anything John Taylor Gatto for Education
And the Anti-federalist for Government
I also give a lot of credit to the actions/teachings of JC. Charity, modesty, humility & service.

Peace, Liberty & Free Markets are the principles the human condition thrives under, and they are the principles we frame my show The Rebellion around.

I'm a Constitutional Expert and I'm stubborn in my defense of individual liberty. I also can't be bought.

Ending the Wars, Ending the Fed and Ending the Empire

I remember watching the challenger explosion when I was in Mrs Krupps 3rd grade class.

Mowing my neighbors lawns in the summer in Georgia. I had it until I was hired by the late great John Conley to remodel homes at age 14.

Crushing it! Gary V. Because I believe that everyone has genius and passion to give this world to lift the human condition and his book is full of examples of ways to take the first step and see it thru.

Finding peace and love in my own heart after shrugging off the lies of a life time of government indoctrination.

Brining the people together peacefully in recognition of the cabal that DC has become, and removing it from their lives. Again, we must do it peacefully.

I have no reverence for political office that is predicated on using force against people it claims to protect. However, it's a giant soap box that has the ability to share the message of Peace, Liberty and Free Markets which I plan on using to free America from the government/corporate cabal in DC.

I believe it's important that all representatives can teach the Constitution, Economics and have the fight in them to protect the rights of the people they were elected by, period.

It's a useful tool if you're looking to kill tyrannical legislation.

Is there position constitutional? And will they uphold the Constitution and more importantly the rights of the People.

I believe is absolutely important to work with people on the issues where you have common ground regardless of party affiliation.

Sure, but i'll keep those to myself so that maybe they'll make a mistake and put me on one I want to be on.

I'd be the first Libertarian Senator in history I think. But, I'd be happy to form the leadership parties and welcome in all the future libertarians and even guys like Thomas Massie.

Nope, I'm going to have my own style and I hope it inspires others to start fighting for freedom.

Candidate Connection

Shane Hazel participated in Ballotpedia's candidate survey on April 10, 2018. The survey questions appear in bold, and Shane Hazel's responses follow below.[2]

What would be your top three priorities, if elected?

1) Oppose all Spending & Tax Increases, Abolish the IRS and replace with one single consumption based tax, Defund Planned Parenthood, Repeal not replace Obamacare and Audit the Fed.

2) Stop the welfare magnet that incentivizes illegal immigration, secure the border and always put the Constitution first.
3) Abolish the VA and have the DOD pick up the cost where Veterans can choose the healthcare they want in the private sector.[3][4]

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about? Why?

Foreign Policy & Veterans Affairs where we too often take the sacrifice and lives of our service men and women flippantly with nation-building, political pandering and lack of Congressional authorization. The only acceptable mission of war, is total destruction of the enemy through overwhelming force and then you bring them home. Constitutional government that acknowledges and respects our inherent and God-given rights, stays out of our lives and lets free people and free market thrive.Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; invalid names, e.g. too many[4]
