|My name is Ocean Andrew. I am a young family man. My beautiful wife and I have been married for three years and we have two wonderful daughters, the oldest is two and the youngest is 6 months. I moved to Wyoming nine years ago to seek a certain freedom that I believe can only be had in this state. I am running for House District 46 to preserve this freedom for our state’s next generation. I am an entrepreneur. I started a small business during college at University of Wyoming, which has brought me to every corner of the state. I now have over 90 employees and have kept our headquarters and the majority of our high paying salaried jobs in Albany County.
I am passionate about protecting our way of life. Wyoming is a place where the torch of liberty is still carried in the hearts of the people, a place where people are free to speak their minds, a place where hard work is respected and rewarded, a place people can raise their families as they see fit. In Wyoming you can feel freedom. We have a culture of self-responsibility and self-reliance. It does not matter if you are an accountant or a coal miner, we all have a little bit of cowboy woven into our spirits.
- Wyoming has a culture of self-responsibility and self-reliance, it is worth preserving and I am here to fight for it.
- I will continue to work hard to reclaim our liberties, introduce bills that expand freedom, and fight against the passing of those that don’t.
- I am a regular everyday Wyomingite who just wants to mind my own business and be left alone.
In the two years I have been in the legislature I was privileged to serve on the education committee. What I have learned while serving in this position has made education my main focus. We have a lot of work to do. Many parents are finding that their children are being educated by a system that unfortunately no longer represents their values. Teachers are stuck working for a heavy handed government bureaucracy where they are not able to be creative and do what they are passionate about. It’s time to take a bold stand and fight for education choice. Our tax dollars should be funding students as individuals and not a one size fits all system. Parents should be able to choose for themselves what kind of education they want for their child and teachers should be able to choose an employer that allows them to teach the way they want to teach.

|My name is Ocean Andrew. I am a young family man. My beautiful wife and I have been married for just over a year and we have an extremely cute newborn daughter named Isla. I moved to Wyoming seven years ago to seek a certain freedom that I believe can only be had in this state. I am running for House District 46 to preserve this freedom for our state's next generation.
- I am passionate about protecting our way of life.
- I am an entrepreneur. I started a small business during college at University of Wyoming, which has brought me to every corner of the state. I now have over 60 employees and have kept my headquarters and the majority of my high paying salaried jobs in Albany County. I know firsthand the challenges big government policy has on one's ability to do business. I know what it takes to bring jobs to Wyoming. We need to keep the state from enacting laws that favor large corporations while extinguishing their small competitors owned by our locals. We need only a level playing field and policies that don't create extra barriers to entry. We can create opportunities for all Wyomingites.
- Wyoming has a culture worth preserving and I am here to fight for it. Every election, individuals are sent to Cheyenne whom we expect to represent us as responsible and hardworking people. Unfortunately, I fear every legislative session is only used to further erode our liberties, claim more of what we worked hard for, and pass policies that do not represent who we are as Wyomingites. I will work hard to reclaim our liberties, introduce bills that expand freedom, and fight against the passing of those that don't.
I am a regular everyday Wyomingite who just wants to mind my own business and be left alone, and I know I'm not the only one. I believe that I represent a strong majority of Wyomingites who have an unheard voice in the legislature because of a lack of choice of representation. I don't offer empty political promises, I offer you my love for Wyoming, strong principles, and a desire to always do the right thing. I humbly ask for your vote in the general election on November 3rd, 2020.

Scorecards
A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.
Ballotpedia is in the process of developing an encyclopedic list of published scorecards. Some states have a limited number of available scorecards or scorecards produced only by select groups. It is Ballotpedia’s goal to incorporate all available scorecards regardless of ideology or number.
