Jennings' website highlighted the following campaign themes:

TAXES:

I will attempt to vote 'NO' on any bill to increase taxes, as I have not ever knowingly as a citizen voted for tax increases. I will also work to reduce current levels of spending and taxes. If the average family has to tighten their budget, so should the state.

OBAMACARE:
I will work to remove federal expansion into healthcare, returning more control to the state level.

STATE'S RIGHTS:
If elected as your State Representative, I will work to reduce federal government control over our state particularly with coal and other fossil fuels that our state owns in abundance. I will also work to eliminate the egregious EPA interferance into our state as well.

SMALLER GOVERNMENT:
Wyoming state government spending has tripled in the last 15 years. If elected, I will work to reduce the state government size and spending.

GUN RIGHTS:
I am a very strong advocate of the 2nd amendment right to keep and bear arms.

LIFE:
From beginning to natural death, the sanctity of life must be protected.

MARRIAGE:
I believe in the traditional definition of marriage between a man and a woman.[6][7]

Scorecards

See also: State legislative scorecards and State legislative scorecards in Wyoming

A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.

Ballotpedia is in the process of developing an encyclopedic list of published scorecards. Some states have a limited number of available scorecards or scorecards produced only by select groups. It is Ballotpedia’s goal to incorporate all available scorecards regardless of ideology or number.

Click here for an overview of legislative scorecards in all 50 states. To contribute to the list of Wyoming scorecards, email suggestions to [email protected].
