Biography
Martha Lawley was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and lives in Wyoming. Lawley earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Wyoming in 1978 and a J.D. from Baylor Law School in 1981. Her career experience includes working as an attorney.[1]
