The Missouri judicial elections of 2010 consisted of a Primary Election on August 3, 2010 and a General Election on November 2, 2010.
Supreme Court
Justices are chosen according to the Missouri Plan by the Missouri Appellate Judicial Commission.
- Zel Fischer was retained in the general election.[1]
Court of Appeals
These judges were up for retention in 2010:
Eastern District
- Mary Kathryn Hoff - Retained with 64.7% of the vote.[2]
Southern District
- Robert Barney - Retained with 68.9% of the vote.[3]
- Don Burrell - Retained with 70.9% of the vote.[3]
Western District
- Victor Howard - Retained with 64.8% of the vote.[4]
- James Edward Welsh - Retained with 66.6% of the vote.[4]
- Alok Ahuja - Retained with 60.3% of the vote.[4]
- Mark Pfeiffer - Retained with 64.7% of the vote.[4]
- Karen Mitchell - Retained with 66% of the vote.[4]
