Tim Miller is an associate judge for the 23rd Judicial Circuit Court in Missouri. He was elected to the court in 2010 and took office in January 2011.[1]
Miller was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[2][3]

Miller won the Democratic primary for a seat on the 23rd Judicial Circuit Court with 57.97% of the vote, defeating Joseph Rathert. He ran unopposed in the general election.[3]

Education
Miller received his undergraduate degree from Southeast Missouri State University in 1989 and his J.D. degree from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 1993.[5]
Career
Before he became an associate judge, Miller worked as an attorney in private practice in Jefferson County for nearly twenty years. From 2004 until 2007, he served as a municipal court judge for the City of Festus, Missouri. In 2007, he became a municipal court judge for Jefferson County. He has also previously served as a municipal court prosecutor.[5]
