Biography
Mark Baker was born in Pocatello, Idaho. Baker earned associate degrees from Western Wyoming Community College in 2002 and a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the University of Wyoming in 2010. His career experience includes working as a realtor and owning a business.[1]
