Bascom Sine Deaver (1882-1944) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

He was nominated by President Calvin Coolidge on March 5, 1928 to a new seat created by 44 Stat. 670. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 19, 1928, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on October 13, 1944. Deaver was succeeded in this position by Thomas Davis.
