William Raymond Green (1856-1947) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Claims.

Green was nominated to the Court of Claims by President Calvin Coolidge. He was commissioned on March 31, 1928. He assumed senior status on May 29, 1940 and served in that capacity until his death on June 11, 1947.[1]
