Hi. My name is Alana LeBlanc. Over a decade ago, I rooted my family in Williamson County. I built my career as a local Realtor and became a Certified Health and Nutrition Coach dedicated to community and wellness. I am a graduate of IIN, a public speaker, and a former TV host of HGTV’s Listed Sisters. I am a member of Crosspoint Church and I proudly represents Williamson County, advocating for a happier, healthier, and stronger Tennessee.

  • Prioritizing healthcare is essential for a thriving community. I am committed to creating legislation that addresses the root causes of the mental health crisis, chronic disease, and works toward making mental, physical, and preventative healthcare more affordable and accessible. I strongly advocate for women's healthcare, addiction rehabilitation, veterans' well-being, and preventive care.
  • The education, health, and overall well-being of our youth are a strong focus of mine. As a parent of two children—one in middle school and the other in college—I understand the needs and concerns of our younger generation.
  • Our freedoms are the birthright of every American, enshrined in the Constitution and guaranteed by the Bill of Rights. I will be a steadfast advocate for civil rights, opposing any encroachment on our freedoms, whether from government overreach or corporate interests. As a strong supporter of the First and Second Amendments, I am committed to protecting our freedoms of speech, religion, assembly, and the right to bear arms.

I’m passionate about key issues that directly impact Tennesseans. Healthcare is my top priority, focusing on making mental, physical, and preventive care more accessible. I advocate strongly for women's healthcare, addiction rehabilitation, veterans' well-being, and addressing the root causes of the mental health crisis.
As a parent, I know the importance of quality education. I’m committed to ensuring our schools support both the academic and overall well-being of our children.
Protecting civil rights is central to my platform. I stand firm in defending our freedoms of speech, religion, assembly, and the right to bear arms.
Community health and youth development are crucial. I believe in promoting safe, thriving communities.

Jesus! I want to love, lead, and walk with a grace like His.

As an elected official, I believe the most important characteristics and principles are integrity, empathy, and a commitment to serving the people above all else. Integrity means being honest and transparent, standing firm in your beliefs, and always acting in the best interest of the community. Empathy is key to understanding the needs and concerns of the people you represent, listening to different perspectives, and creating solutions that truly address those needs. Ultimately, an elected official should focus on the people, not political parties, and work toward creating a happier, healthier, and stronger community for all.

Qualities I possess that would make me a successful State Representative are patience, empathy, integrity, and the ability to listen to and understand others.

The core responsibility of someone elected to this office is to represent the people, not political parties or corporate interests. It’s about being a voice for the community, listening to their concerns, and making decisions that reflect their best interests. An elected official should work to protect individual freedoms, improve healthcare and education, and ensure the safety and well-being of all citizens. It’s also crucial to create real solutions that address the root causes of issues like mental health, addiction, and community wellness. Ultimately, the focus should always be on serving the people and building a stronger, healthier future for everyone.

Healthier, happier communities that feel safe, connected, and have strong hope for the future.

The L.A. Riots following the acquittal of police officers accused of using excessive force against Rodney King. I lived in southern CA at the time. I remember the skies were black and our school closed. It was a tense and scary time. I didn't understand why there was so much hate and anger. I was 11 years old and even at that young age my heart ached over the brokeness and anger people were experiencing.

"A New Earth." This book helped me slow down, find gratitude in all things, discover my true self and feel more connected to others.

The Flash, possibly because I ran track in high school. But he has super speed, can throw lightning, time travel, heal quickly, phase through things. I mean, do I need to keep going?!

This should be a collabrative and respectful relationship. One that fosters honesty and integrity with a true desire to work together to improve the lives of all Tennesseans.

Health and wellness of our communities and our youth I believe will be a great challenge over the next decade. As a mother of teeneagers I hear stories of our kids mental health struggles. Struggles that our generation did not have. Chronic disease is out of control. I believe healthy comminities are thriving communities.

It can be beneficial for systems and process purposes but it is not necessary. I believe it is more important to have experience in our communities. To have walked a mile in the shoes of those we represent. To have immersed yourself into all communities. This is the only way we will know what the people need and how to improve their lives.

Absolutely! Not only beneficial but necessary and important. As state representatives we should be working together for a similar cause. And not arguing or pushing back but instead moving forward with growth and postive change for our constituents.

Yes. I aim to serve our state and even one day our country and advocate for the health happiness and well being of Tennesseans and Americans.

The strong desire for unity and putting people first is something I hear often. We all have so much in common and ultimately want very similar things. People feel unheard and unrepresented.

I am most interested in these committees but wish to work to improve all areas. Health, Education, Civil and Criminal Justice, and Agriculture and Natural Resources.

I strongly believe in financial transparency and government accountability. It’s essential for building trust and ensuring that public funds are used effectively and responsibly. Financial transparency means clear and open reporting on how taxpayer money is spent, so that the public can see where resources are allocated and hold officials accountable. Government accountability involves making sure that all actions and decisions are made in the best interest of the community, with honesty and integrity at the forefront. By prioritizing these principles, we can foster a government that is both responsive and responsible, working to ensure that every decision benefits the people it serves.
