Biography
Kevin Raper graduated from McMinn Central High School in 1982. Raper earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics education from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1987, a master's degree in education from Tusculum University in 1996, and an education specialist degree from Tennessee Technological University in 1997. His career experience includes working as an educator.[1]
