経済学、保険、リスクマネジメントにおいて、逆選抜(ぎゃくせんばつ、英: Adverse selection)とは、買い手と売り手が異なる情報を持っている市場の状況を指す。その結果、両当事者への利益の分配が不均等になり、重要な情報を持つ当事者がより多くの利益を得ることになる。逆選択、逆淘汰とも呼ばれる。
