LESTERÂ â Haniyah Standridge turned in a monster triple-double performance for West Morgan on Tuesday, finishing with 27 points, 11 steals and 10 rebounds in a 68-58 win over West Limestone in girls high school basketball.
HATTONÂ â Mikah Boyd led three Danville players in double figures with a game-high 27 points in a 62-57 win over Hatton on Friday.

TRINITYÂ â A pair of Clements players scored in double figures as the Colts defeated Class 5A Russellville 47-45 at the West Morgan Christmas Tournament on Monday.
WEST POINTÂ â The Danville boys picked up a big win Thursday in the first round of the West Point Christmas tournament, taking down Colbert County 55-50.
Player of the year: Ty Jones, West Morgan, Sr.: Jones amassed 106 tackles with 13 tackles for loss, four sacks and three interceptions on defense, and 17 touchdowns on offense.
Player of the Year: Lydia Carter, Lindsay Lane, Sr.: Carter had a dominant season as she finished the year with 748 kills and 604 digs as well as 90 aces.

CULLMAN â Hannah Burks and Mary Itsede combined to score 40 points as Hartselle defeated rival Cullman 54-40 on Tuesday.
