Need some advice and help

If you have some Chinese Skullcap or can get some quickly, it definitely won't hurt using it.

If she's not eating, you can make some mash, press some into bite size balls and pop them into her mouth. Molting is really hard on their bodies.

Isa Red so I call her Red she is 3-1/2 - 4 years old

but she started going through her first molt so she wasn’t as sociable and really stayed to her self a lot I did see her drink every day so I wasn’t overly concerned but 2 weeks ago I went to the coup to check on her and she was on the ground and she couldn’t even stand up

I did feel her crop and it’s soft at night and morning before she stopped eating it felt full at night and soft In the morning
She's 31/2-4yrs old and is just now going through a first molt?

The crop is not emptying very well it sounds like. I'd make sure she's drinking well and get her normal food into her. Offer it wet or dry, bits of egg or fish (tuna, mackerel, sardines) to entice her.

Check her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink (after a full nights sleep/dusk to morning light). If it's not emptying, then begin to access that symptom. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/

The poop doesn't look very good, if possible, take a sample to your vet to have a fecal float to rule out worms as part of the problem.

As mentioned earlier, with her breed and age, unfortunately she may be in decline due to reproductive issues. Sometimes if they can pull through the rough spot of molt, then they can go on for a period of time longer, hard to know.

If you lose her and want to find out more, sending the body to your state lab will give you the most information or if you are up to it, doing an informal investigation yourself will often reveal something that will make sense of the symptoms you see now.

We use Vit B-complex drops for muscular, bone, splayed legs, that type of thing.

I've heard of Chinese skullcap for treating Marek's, but it is more for immunity to Marek's. For instance, I learned that if I have Mareks in my flock but some don't have it, give them the Chinese skullcap every single day for the rest of their lives, and they'll never get it. For those that have Marek's, give it to them, and it won't progress any worse than what they are. This is what I've learned from @2ndTink who has Marek's in her flock, researched, and uses the Chinese skullcap.

IMO, it's worth a try!
Since you have heard of this, the post I read said to give her 2 of the skullcaps the bottle I ordered said it was 800mg each cap and serving size is 2 caps for humans so do I still give her 2 caps? They are coming in today and want to start her on it.

I did that yesterday afternoon and she acted like she was glad to have it.

You want to get 425mg of Baicalin into her per day. Be sure that what you have is actually Chinese Skullcap and not just Skullcap, it is the Baicalin in it that is effective against viruses.

I only know because I got the wrong stuff at first too the skullcap won't hurt them, it just doesn't have the Baicalin which is what is effective against viruses.
