Known errors have been fixed in Kaspersky Endpoint Agent 4.0 for Windows. This application version also includes all the functionalities of the previous versions and introduces new features:
- Added the capability to automatically install application patches during the application installation process.
- The list of data that Kaspersky Endpoint Agent sends to the Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Networks server has been expanded with the following data:
- List of local users and groups
- List of installed software
- list of software updates;
- List of system scheduler tasks
- list of services configured in the operating system;
- List of drivers installed in the operating system
- List of startup objects
- List of network shared resources provided by the operating system
- Host names redefinition rules
- Functionality of Anomaly Detection using Sigma rules has been added, by default including rule collections for identifying of remote administration tools and analyzing the Emerson DeltaV system logs.
- There is added the capability to use network interfaces of a computer with Kaspersky Endpoint Agent installed in virtual SPAN port mode to transmit telemetry to Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Networks.
- The list of events that Kaspersky Endpoint Agent analyzes on a protected computer and sends to the Kaspersky Managed Detection and Response server has been expanded.
- The list of supported types of OVAL checks in the Security Audit task has been expanded.
- Integration with Kaspersky Security Center Linux 15.1 has been added.
- Support for operating systems has been added as part of integration with Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Networks: Windows 11 23H2 Home / Pro / Education / Enterprise / IoT Enterprise.
