I took this photo in Nagano, at Zenkoji Temple's press meeting last Saturday. His Holiness is always so giving with everything he has and he has so much to share: compassion, wisdom, kindness, humor, trust, and answers to our questions. Even when he has no answer, he has one by admitting that he doesn't know and invites us into a lively debate --if we can debate with such a brilliant mind! Because the mind of His Holiness, the Dalai Lama is special. Please read his books and go hear him at every opportunity! His incredible spirit will lift you up!
