Our buns and rolls include miniature versions of many of our crusty hearth breads, as well as softer rolls baked on pans. We also make hamburger buns and sub sandwich rolls.
Soft Dinner Rolls (seasonal)
Our holiday dinner rolls are enriched with butter. They are made every Friday and in heavy rotation on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Ingredients: Unbleached flour, water, butter, eggs, sugar, milk powder, salt, and yeast.
Hamburger Buns
Classic burger buns made with focaccia dough. Ingredients: Unbleached flour, semolina, water, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and yeast.
French Rolls
This is the authentic article. Crusty on the outside. Made in baguettes, demi baguettes, batards, and dinner rolls. Ingredients: Unbleached white flour, water, sea salt, and yeast.
Jalapeño Cheddar Rolls
These rolls are made by adding fresh-roasted jalapeno peppers, grated cheddar and Asiago cheeses, and a small amount of olive oil to our French dough.
